Refund Policy

This policy applies to ISFEC membership fees, annual renewal fees, training fees, diploma programs, event registrations, conference tickets, companion tickets, and administrative payments.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the stage of processing, whether access or documents have already been issued, and any applicable consumer protection requirements.

Membership and renewal fees

Membership and renewal fees may be refundable before administrative approval, card creation, certificate creation, or activation of the member record. Once a membership record, membership number, card, certificate, or verification entry has been issued, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where ISFEC confirms an administrative error.

Training, programs, and events

Training, program, and event payments may be refunded when a cancellation request is accepted before access, attendance, course materials, certificates, or reserved services have been provided. If ISFEC cancels an event or program, participants may be offered a refund, transfer, credit, or rescheduled date.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to info@isfec.international-syndicate.org with your full name, email address, payment reference, service purchased, request reason, and supporting documents. Administration reviews the payment record and issues a written decision or confirmation.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after approval, subject to payment provider timelines, bank processing time, currency conversion, and any transaction fees charged by third-party providers.
