Records and verification

Understand the scope of ISFEC-issued records

ISFEC may issue records for membership, attendance, participation, or completion and may confirm whether those records exist in its own administrative system.

Organization-issued

A membership card, record, certificate, or verification result is issued and maintained by ISFEC for its own organizational purposes.

Limited verification

A successful lookup confirms only that the relevant record is present and has the stated status in the ISFEC system.

Evidence-dependent publishing

Programs, courses, trainers, centers, partners, and other claims are published only when complete owner-supplied information is available.

What these records do not mean

  • They are not government licences or statutory permissions to practise.
  • They do not establish academic accreditation or equivalence.
  • They do not imply recognition by a regulator, public authority, university, or professional licensing body.
  • Users must independently confirm any licence or qualification required in their own jurisdiction.
